The engagement and involvement of the people, particularly the youth, are crucial for setting up any desired change in Libya. As the majority of Libyans comprises of young people, they should play an integral role in the efforts to make Libya a better and more prosperous country.

To achieve this, we need to focus on rehabilitating the local workforce, supporting small and medium-sized businesses, and providing loans to aspiring entrepreneurs to encourage private sector activities. A self-reliant society is essential to realize this vision, and people must be encouraged to become self-reliant instead of solely depending on the government for salaries. Entrepreneurship is an excellent way to achieve this goal. Supporting the private sector and implementing the relevant legislation to address the intertwined issues are necessary to fulfill these objectives. Creating more job opportunities will enable people to become self-reliant and ease the burden on the state. Therefore, we must strive towards establishing a self-reliant society that can contribute to the country’s development.

In addition, it is important to listen to the people’s voices and address their concerns. Thus, they must be given the opportunity to participate effectively in any election to be held. Campaigns must be conducted across the country to raise awareness about the significance of participating in elections and referenda.

In conclusion, it is crucial for me to maintain a strong connection with the community and actively listen to their feedback, challenges and limitations. Doing so will enable me to devise the best possible solutions for their needs.
